If coprighted text or images which are the property of InLace Book .com are found on another website we will carpet bomb the offender(s) with every legal remedy available - C&D, DMCAs, investigation and inquiry with other vendors as to whether we are the only victim or if others can be identified and notified, id est, we will take agressive action to protect property in which we have a substantial investment and interest.
We have the tools to find and identify stolen content, the experience to document the incident to the highest standard, and the motivation (threats to our livelihood) to follow every legal recourse available. With the advice and experience of counsel we can and will follow every legal avenue and turn over every rock under which an offender tries to hide.
