InLace Book .com does not ever sell or trade any customer's personal information. Name, address, phone number, email, billing information, shipping information, order details - these are all appropriately maintained for internal use only and are considered to be 'sensitive information'. Access to all customer information is restricted to 'need to know'. InLace Book .com will not knowingly divulge customer information with anything less than an appropriate court order.
At no time is your email ever sold, rented, or allowed for any use beyond InLace Book .com business. InLace Book .com does, and with considerable restraint, occasionally email customers regarding product, book, and/or website updates. We do not 'spam' our customers. As dedicated as we are to our work, we also know that our customers do not want to hear from us every week - week after week. This will not happen. Of course, we include an 'opt out'. If you receive an email - and don't want to see another - just follow the simple 'opt out' step and we will make sure that you receive no further 'update' emails. In that event, the only email that you will ever receive is our standard follow-up to each order, which includes an itemized invoice and Delivery Confirmation number for the package.
