We don't promise eternal happiness or lifetime guarantees. We don't offer the lure of a 'blank check' return policy that can't be 'cashed' if there is a problem. We do provide quality products, swift service, and a promise that the customer will receive their merchandise in good order.
InLace Book .com offers a limited 30 day return policy. Any merchandise that is unopened, unused, unwanted, and in 'as new' sale condition, can be returned for a refund of the product cost. Original shipping and return shipping costs are not refundable. 'Actual Cost' USPS Priority Mail shipping will be charged for exchanges.
Within 30 days of the shipment delivery date, email return@inlacebook.com. Provide the invoice number of the order in question and note the specific items which will be returned. We will promptly confirm and authorize the return (providing a return authorization number - required). When the merchandise is returned, the product cost will promptly be refunded. Returned merchandise must be received within 15 days of return authorization.

Defective merchandise (quite unusual, but not impossible of course) will be replaced by the manufacturer. Contact: sales@inlaceonline.com, and the product will be immediately replaced with NO additional shipping charge.

At no time is your email ever sold, rented, or allowed for any use beyond InLace Book .com business. InLace Book .com does, and with considerable restraint, occasionally email customers regarding product information, book status updates, website updates, and/or customer satisfaction inquiries. We do not 'spam' our customers. As dedicated as we are to our work, we also know that our customers do not want to hear from us every week - week after week. This will not happen. Of course, we include an 'opt out'. If you receive an email - and don't want to see another - just follow the simple 'opt out' step and we will make sure that you receive no further 'update' emails.
